The poet Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin is not merely a literary icon—he is the soul of Russian culture and the embodiment of its spirit.
When I founded the Pushkin Legacy in 1995, it was with a deep sense of purpose: to preserve his legacy, promote cultural understanding, and uplift the human spirit through meaningful initiatives. Since then, the Legacy has quietly but steadily contributed to a range of projects that honor his life and message—conservation and restoration work, international conferences, charitable galas, publications, and social welfare programs.
Today, as we revive the Pushkin Legacy for a new era, we remain committed to a mission that transcends borders. We aim to build international goodwill and support bold thinkers, scholars, and artists whose work reflects the depth and universality of Pushkin’s vision. Pushkin once wrote, "I have built a monument not wrought by hands." The Pushkin Legacy seeks to preserve that monument—not of stone, but of ideas and ideals. A monument built from language, thought, and spirit—a light to guide future generations.
With gratitude and conviction,
Kenneth Pushkin
